Since 1998 we've been testing athletic skirts
swimming, hiking, biking, playing with children, we found that everyday activities required more coverage than what we could find.
I started layering skirts, leggings, capris, you name it!
Women would come up to me and ask where I got my workout skirt from, my tops, they wanted that coverage too.
I started testing these skirts to come up with a solution for an active lifestyle or simply a windy day.
After years of trial and error and many embarrassing moments... successful reserach and development

About:
Carmilla has been sewing by hand since age 4, making alterations to her dolls clothing as a child and creating new designs ever since.
She was born and raised in Northern California near the water and has a love for nature, hiking, biking and water sports.
She has worked for different fabric stores and created many hand sewn displays.
She has also worked in and understands the different aspects of the fashion industry- Sewing, manufacturing, marketing, retail, modeling, fashion shows, sourcing, purchasing, production, and serving clients.
She volunteers as a seamstress for different projects and non-profits.
Other groups include Amp Surf, a non profit for veterans and their families.
She is also an avid student and continuing her professional portfolio with diverse organizations.
